To make a reservation you will need your Credit/Debit card and ideally your mobile telephone number. You need to tell us whether the room is for one or two people so we know the breakfast and towel requirements.

We will text your confirmation of your reservation to your mobile phone.

Before 1pm on the day of arrival we will debit your card for payment and text you the Court Yard entry code and your Mews entry code.

Your receipt will be in your room.

If you wish to cancel your booking you need to call and tell us before 1pm the day before you are scheduled to arrive. We will give you a cancellation reference. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
