The concept is to provide high quality accommodation at an affordable price. We do this by adding things that we think you will find valuable and stripping away things we think you find less useful.

There is no Reception or Concierge Service. In fact there are no keys. When you make a confirmed booking we will text you a code for the main Courtyard entrance and a code for your Mews door. I live here, so I am on hand, or not far away so you can call me if you require any assistance. Steve 0750 820 4322.

We clean your room meticulously before your arrival, we do your washing up each day etc, but there is no daily Maid Service. If you are staying with us for a long period we will of course change your bed linen and towels once a week.

The rooms have double beds and provide accommodation for a maximum of two persons. We use the same linen laundry service as many top hotels, and provide a hand and bath towel per person and liquid soap and shower gel. There are feather and synthetic pillows on each bed. We do not have any cots and we do not have any facilities to look after your luggage.

We do provide a Kettle, Coffee Maker, Fridge, Microwave, basic crockery and cutlery. There is also an ironing board, iron and a hair drier.

We provide a Continental breakfast and beverage pack which is refreshed daily. For those of you who prefer a hot breakfast there is a Cafe a short walk away.
